Strategic Partnership Will Aid Brokers in Retail Leasing

Georgia-based Retail Lease Trac, Inc., a retail expansion firm, recently announced its business partnership with web-based retail tenant information service Enterprise Software Systems.

Using a back-end software system, they will transport up-to-date retailer information to their customers. The system, CRE-Sync, was designed to commercial real estate brokers with the tools necessary to track and close deals by providing them with information that can help them to update key contacts, notes, and documents pertinent to filling retail space in a competitive market.
