New Plans for Business Center with Month-to-Month Leasing

Latitude One has unveiled plans for the build out of two state-of-the-art business center floors to cater to the growing demand for affordable and flexible office space in Miami, Florida. The two floors will include 38 executive office suites, ranging from 100 to 200 square feet, as well as four conference rooms.
