NAIOP Task Force Looks to Establish Diversified Real Estate Development

In response to shifting demographics among the commercial real estate industry, the NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) has created a Developing Leaders Diversity Task Force. Its mission is to examine diversity’s role in the development industry and how the NAIOP can further expand its efforts in supports of various initiatives.

The DL Diversity Task Force comprises 13 NAIOP DL members, aged 35 and under. It is led by co-chairs Megan Creecy, leasing and development manager at EJM Development Co., and Erica-Nicole Harris, project manager with WISPARK, LLC.
